Hi albionrovers,
In the event that this remains unresolved could you email me with any details you have which will enable me to trace the account in question via the Contact us form here quoting the code WRT135 - MSE Fao Lee in the subject line?
Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. To make sure that it reaches me could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?
Thanks,
Lee

Got this number in a text asking me to arrange payment a couple of days ago, only just got round to checking, as looked like it could be a scam.0

This is the number for Vodafone debt recovery and Collections. It is a genuine call and a Vodafone number.
If your payment is overdue, you need to call the number urgently, Vodafone will not think twice about placing a default on your credit file.0
