iphone 2g help

hi guys
I wonder if you can help me I'm trying to find someone who can repair my iphone 2g . When I turn it on( my iphone) the screen is blank , is there anyone that can repair this or have I got a iphone that dead ????? . if you can help that would be fab - thanks all :)

    There are tons of phone repair places out there, try looking on the Yellow Pages or something.

    Until you actually know what's wrong, it's very hard to say.

    Have you tried holding both the wake and home button down for a good 10/15 seconds?

    sorry for not reply back. I have try this and it does not work
    so do you think it need to be repaired ??

  • Is your phone battery is alright? try to do it, when phone is recharging

    Sounds as thought it might simply require a new (replacement) battery. Kits to do this are available if you want to do it yourself, or you can take it to a repairer who can do it as a matter of course.

    Alternatively, Apple stores can also do the work, whilst giving you the option of upgrading to a 3GS (refurbished) which is the route many of my firends went. As there are no more firmware updates for the 2, and increasingly apps will not work when they're updated, this might be a good time to change!
