Should of sent it and if she left negative feedback disputed that and used her rude emails to support it.
Which wouldn't do any good unless the FB contained obscenities or mentioned disputes - it would be your word against theirs, and to be honest the way this person has behaved in all of this is just as bad as their buyer.

OP - You are going to be found out if/when you relist it - that is never a good idea, you should have sent it.

Thank you, but I am not going to relist it, I'll better give it away to the charity shop. I find it appalling that the Buyer can behave in such a way and the Seller cannot even do anything about it.
I love this forum and thank everybody who contributes to it!

What difference does being "found out" mean? There's no comeback for the original buyer, and the OP shpould have them blocked anyway.
    Relist it.

She reported me to Ebay as the Non-Selling Seller.

    What did you expect?
It's easy for people on this board to give bad advice without explaining the consequences, as at the end of the day it's the OP who's facing the music.

I don't know why you are shocked to be honest. Buyer did pay, many do take a while and the excuse 'the item was damaged and can't be sent' is now so misused (as it was in your case) that she almost certainly did not believe you, hence the complaint.

    soolin,
see what happens if you are not around for a couple of days with your sensible and well informed advice!
