I am wanting to leave TT & loathe to ring their 0870 number to get my MAC code. In December I was emailed to say calls to their customer services from a TT landline (which I have) are free but are they? Having experience of calling them in the past & being transferred here & there & then put on hold for minutes on end I certainly do not want to ring up a big bill. Has anyone had experience of ringing them from a TT landline & not been charged for the call. I need to get this MAC code asap & know from reading forum posts here & elsewhere they do not like giving this code but do they have to produce this within a time scale? any help appreciated. thanks

thank you for your reply. I have searched for an email address/link & now found this so will complete it later & just hope they reply with the code.

You'll need to call for a MAC, that's the only way they can put you through to retentions.

thanks macman for your reply too. I have found this form through their customer service menu which says I can apply for the MAC code that way so I will give it a go first & if that fails I will call them. I appreciate you replying to my post.
