Vodafone Contracts

I'd be months off needing to do this but it's been crossing my mind since reading iPhone 5 reports of it coming this summer.

Has anyone had any experience of exiting a contract early? Say i wanted to ditch my iphone4 and move to an iphone5, what is the buyout cost usually with Vodafone?

Cheers!

Karl

It will cost you the remaining months with a miserly 2% discount and no VAT.

Miserly? I'd count someone lucky to get any discount.

I could'nt agree more with you Rusty. It was an Ofcom ruling that the networks give a discount on early termination fees.

Buy the iphone 5 from Apple unlocked. That way you have not 18/24/36 month contract which means you will get a cheaper deal but the phone will cost you ££££s.
