Personally, if what you say is true and you are 14, i would consult your parents for advice and go from there to start with, your parents know you best and would be best placed to advise you rather than a bunch of strangers. No offence intended and i hope you continue to support MSE in your adult years.

I'd rather get some fresh opinions as like my parents I'm a headstrong get in there person and I don't feel this would be the right way to deal with the situation as my friends are quite delicate and easily mortified individuals. My parents know I have posted a problem on here, and following your advice I did refer this to my mum and she literally hit a stump. At first after ages of convincing her not to dive straight in with the big operation commando as she's wayy too fond of my friends natures, I admire my mum for her open mindedness and that she admitted she was unsure what to do and she'd have a long think and get back to me
She's also monitoring this thread for inappropiate language on both sides so watch out Mse'ers or you'll have a soccer mum banging on ya door (Jokes)

Ask for a copy of your school's policy on bullying/racsism and tell your tutor that you feel that it is being contravened.
