Well I suppose in these tough times we are all trying to diversify.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Pauline I was diagnosed with ME/CFS a few months ago and have been off work. Im slowly adjusting to pacing myself but as Im use to being so active I find it hard at time to remember to get enough rest and Ive also got reversed sleep patterns at the minute, which means Im up all night and sleeping late in the day.
I new I wasn't well enough this morning to take DD to dentist but it was too late to cancel the appointment, so I went. In future I'll know to listern to my body :(:o

My daughter has had ME/CFS for 5 years - hugs to you!

you certainly have to learn to listen to your body!

I am such an idiot, all I had to do when I went shopping was get enough stuff for 5 meals. While I was paying I remembered I needed something else for tomorrow's lunch, got home to realise I don't have enough of anything to make a starter for my intended 3 course meal tonight. Oh well, it will have to be a nice 2 course meal with some rather nice chocolate after that OH bought for my birthday the other week! I have decided that so long as the weather is ok at the weekend (it can be cold but no rain) then we are going into the country for a picnic. I have what we need so am looking forward to telling OH when he gets in.

All level 1s done for this week, depending on the weather I may try and persuade OH to do a bit of decluttering with me but otherwise I am having a lazy MSE weekend :D
