Hey guys, just wanted to ask your opinion (have posted on the eBay board thing too but no replys as yet). You remember those dresses I bought on eBay? Well the seller said I could send them back, one because it was faulty, one she said I could return as it was a bit small but she wouldn't refund the p&p (which I said was fine)

Well I returned both - one on 1st and the other on 2nd March via Airmail to California. I messaged her on Sunday and emailled yesterday from my Yahoo account direct to her Yahoo address asking if she'd received the returns yet but she hasn't replied to any of my messages. I know there is a time diff etc but it seems odd that she's gone quiet. She's changed her username on eBay again and is selling the same items that I returned (amongst others) from a new seller name. Am I worrying too soon, or does it seem she's igorning me? If she is, does anyone know if I can open any kind of dispute with eBay/Paypal - or will I need to claim via RoyalMail for missing items?

Hey all, sorry no update today, or newbies added, had a friend turn up in crisis on my doorstep tonight & have just managed to despatch her home (after dispensing loads of MSE advice, among other things), am shattered now & quite emotional, so heading to bed, but promise to do a mammoth update & sort out the front page tomorrow.... please forgive me (or tell me how many slaps of the soggy paintbrush i need in penance :rotfl::rotfl:)
