NSDs a bit noticeable in their absence at present, but I promise faithfully to keep on hunting the little blighters down! Have now finished the estimated budget figures for the IVA and sent everything off, so once it is all agreed for the next twelve months I will get myself a lot more disciplined on the budgeting front. I usually manage to plan things well financially, getting from one payday to the next with all bills paid, family fed and a tiny bit stashed away for emergencies, but the way prices of everything have rocketed recently has really caught me on the back foot, and the past few months since Christmas have been a struggle at times juggling expenses. However, as I said, the bills are paid and we manage to eat so that is the main thing - and never let it be said that a NSD gang member is not up for a challenge!
Managed to pin down our gas and electric supplier to a three year fixed rate deal (we were in the process of swapping to another company) so some modest success on the financial front I suppose. One life - your life - live it!0 -

Evening all! Well I think I slightly over-did things today thinking I was better, went out and cleaned my car out inside, put the washing out, stripped the bed, had a lovely bath and hooverd. Then felt really unsteady again and spent the rest of the afternoon until OH got home from work snoozing on the sofa. A touch of the old 'feeling better whilst doing nothing but doing anything seems draining'
Thanks for all your feedback on the milk, I shall count that out of my NSD from now on, and I like the idea of keeping milk money separate. Luckily today OH went to the shop to get some when he got in from work AND came back with a C*bury's Creme Egg for me - my fav, and I hear they are known for their medicinal qualities
So all in all....I can declare NSD #6 :j Tomorrow will be spendy as I need to get my siamese eyebrows separatedand am prob meeting my mum for a coffee at lunchtime - feel v.bad as I haven't seen her for a bit
Off to update sig now
