Jinty~IMHO once a cat starts doing this on a regular basis it is almost impossible to get them to revert to the good old days so if it is too much for you then you could be thinking along thr right lines.Been there.........

  • Only #4 for me today :o last month was soo easy in comparison. Think it's cause the weathers been a bit brighter and I've had people round and had to feed them :rotfl: seem to be going to the supermarket every other day. Better start putting the brakes on or I'll never make #14 :(

    Spendy day today,
Needed some basic t shirts/ camisoles so went to M&$ outlet and stocked up - they were on offer so I got 6 for @£13 which I was rather pleased about. Went to TKMAXXX, (I thought of you Kerri!;)) and got myself a loo roll holder for my lovely, freshly painted bathroom.
And then I positioned myself on the sofa and had two hours kip - and bloomin good it was too!:D
Made mac n cheese for tea with garlic bread, so the day ended rather better than it started. :T

Thanks for all your support and msgs re puss, much appreciated:)

you will always be rich enough to be generous.

Well done on sorting the lunches. My friends mum used to make sarnies on a sun and freeze for the week when we were at school but I've never tried it - I'm not sure I'd like to freeze some of our fillings like egg, tuna and salad??

Rolls surprisingly successful today! :) Defrosted by lunchtime and had with some of yesterdays soup. (Indulged in some soup making therapy!) Stuck to ham and cheese but figured to add salad I'd just bung some in a little sandwich bag (we got 100 resealable ones in I think it was As*a for £1) the night before and just add it in as required. I don't know how it would work with egg or tuna. If anyone does that would be great!:)

No NSD today. DH off with DS and then called to ask if I could get some cakes for him to take in tomorrow to say thanks to those covering for him. Can't argue with that! Did stick to £3 ish (£2.98 it tells me) on mini muffins from Al*i. :)

Ahhh.. thank you for thinking of me whilst in one of my fav shops (I am a sucker for their home stuff and have to be very self disciplined in there...esp around the bedding....ahhh...300 thread count EGYPTIAN cotton...ahhhhhh ;)) sorry... got a little carried away there, forgot I had an audience :o :rotfl:

Well I managed to clock up another NSD today so that's 5 NSD! which is actually 1/3 of my target so I'm getting there.

Blasted cold still won't shift - I have literally spent about 6hrs today coughing :( Have booked tomorrow off work to try and get some rest and recover before travelling later this week. I sense a 3hr coughing fit will not be appreciated on a 12hr flight..
