Morning everyone. Although it has been a week of no NSDs I'm not going near any shops this weekend, so declaring 2 more, taking me up to 4 altogether. Very pleased to report that my MSE side prevailed on a trip to London on monday. I spent £9.94 in total £6.60 for my tube day ticket and £3.34 on an m&s lunch. How I managed that with so many sparkles and spangles in the shops I'll never know.
M&S £2878.22/ Natwest £3526/ Loan £405/ [STRIKE]Sofa £0[/STRIKE]/ [STRIKE]Ring £0[/STRIKE]/
Savings £12.04 NSD 3/10 :cool:Total £6915.88

Oh well another lurker out of the closet! Can I please join? I don't think I've had a NSD yet this month and definitely need some focus! Can I be put down for 10? . With 20 days to go I might stand a chance!
Thanks.

Hya all
Claiming today as NSD no 9 ...half-way now :j
Yesterday was quite a spendy day...getting enough compost (on offer) for a few months, as well as birthday pressents for a very good friend and her husband. Have DH sorted, now only my bro left. I have these 4 birthdays next week, all in the space of 4 days . I also got some half-price material from D-M to make a few bits and pieces...bag for me, blind for DS1, then stuff to have a play-around...going to have a go at quilting methinks!
Going to get out in the garden for proper gardening today. The past week I have been inserting strips of foil into each of the 172 top channels of the conservatory roof. It took a while to perfect my technique...but I did it! We are already noticing the difference...it is significantly warmer inside (even at night!), so really chuffed!! There is one channel in each of the four roof panels with no foil atm as it is where it is screwed to the wooden joists. So at the moment I have a pin-striped roof!!
DH is muttering about removing the screws so I can put the foil in....but that needs him to be at home!! He is off to an all-day Astronomy meeting today, then he and DS are off to Twickers tomorrow, again all day. Oh well, I will get other things done while he/they are away!!
I had better get off here and get out there...before the rain comes.
Have a great day everyone.

Morning all! Well it's a beautiful sunny spring day where I am, I love feeling the seasons change from one to another (more than the middle of the season itself IYKWIM?) Actually have the first load of washing airing outside today for 2011
On the not-so-up side I'm still full of cold and blowing out bloody boogers (no not swearing...it is literally bloody)...sorry...too much info?:o
Today will prob be spendy, I need to take something back to Mr TK M*xx but also get to pillow protectors from Primarni for the spare room and a bit of top of food from Mr T for lunches as I'll now be here next week. Am also reconsidering the lovely coat I bought a couple of weeks ago - the one that had the mark on the collar, thought it was just a mark like someone had stepped on it but tried to sponge it off last night and some of it seems quite stubborn. So I either take it back, or take it to the dry cleaners and see if they can get it out. It's right on the back of the collar so with my hair down, no one will notice anyway.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Good morning all - #6 for me today!
We've been out for breakfast - OH's treat and I decided NOT to buy the book with my ebay profits, but I did treat us both to some posh chocs for watching telly tonight ( from Mr Luca's, Beanie, so you can imagine how nice they are!)
As I didnt spend "real" money Im counting today as a NSD!
The weather is YUK! Cold, wet and snowy so I aint going anywhere. Im going to snuggle down with my book
Have a lovely day everyone:)

:j Been out this morning but now back in for the day and haven't spent a bean! Hubby came to swimming for DS and bought a coffee each while we watched dinky swallowing the pool
, then went to trade in a game.I did get a £3.99 book for little darling but that came off £7 left on a Waterstones gift card I'd got at Christmas and forgotten about.
Found it in a drawer this morning when putting away the washing which was a nice surprise. Free brownie points from dinky. Managed to walk past Costa without looking in! Back home as the snow is turning to sleet and slush and it's much nicer indoors! Have just suggested to DH that he starts this too.......

kerri - yep, it's the weird litter and pipette thingy that I have to do  I've been putting it off, but will definitely do it for Monday (vets closed for week-end)
I put the money aside for ice skating yesterday, but then they wanted a snack while we were there, so had to get them a milky bar  They had just had lunch as well!
Today will be an NSD because if there is any reason to dip into my purse I will make DH pay for itI am taking my DD out for a shopping trip tomorrow with money I have been saving since xmas, so as long as I only spend that I will count it as an NSD too
So I'm going to change my signature to 5 now because there is no way I am going to spend anything out of my purse or bank this weekend...I need to get to my target
(plus I know I am at risk of BDINIs paintbrush or possibly even sledgehammer  )
