Yesterday was a NSD so I think that brings it to 15!!! Not bad considering I only thought I would do 13 this month. Also today will definitely be a LSD as I need to buy some milk.
Debt at worst: £33000 (Feb 2011). Present debt: £25610 (Apr 2012)
    Lloyds old (22.4%) = 560 (Dec 2012)

Morning all! Can't believe we are at the end of March. I STILL didn't hit my target of 8 (only 8!). Sadly an otherwise NSD was scuppered by the boiler needing urgent repair. As it is, I'm finishing up with a total of 7/8 again!

Congrats to all of you who did so brilliantly with all your NSDs - I am seriously impressed :j
2011 wins: 2 day gym membership, film download, NETBOOK!
    Debt at LBM: [STRIKE][/STRIKE] [STRIKE]26/1/11 = £4733.26[/STRIKE] 11/6/11 = £3759.384

    Morning all

Had the interview yesterday, have no idea how I got on. They didn't ask me any of the questions I was expecting but that's the way it is. Had a 9 hr journey for 30 min interview. Super tired now. However Monday was a NSD, so that's me hit my target of 15.

Well done to everyone, you have all done so well :T

Need to think of next months target . . .

Congratulations to all those hitting their NSD targets.

I'm finishing on a very disappointing 5. Rubbish month yet again, we currently have no oven as that blew up, we have a new one on the way but looks like we need to get some electric work done first - pah!

Anyway, shaking off, dusting down and off to have a fab April :)

....And well done everyone else! This month must be an all time record for the number of collective NSDs caught! :T  Wada ya fink BMF?....
*adjusts deer-stalker & funny shaped pipe, a la Sherlock Holmes* I concur Chris; most excellent effort by EVERYONE...& I've made a point of saying "everyone" as it's sad to see some people think their own achievements are somehow not worthy of merit sad-smiley-051.gifWhile I appreciate a competitive spirit, please remember the only person who will gain anything from this Challenge is you.
I've said it loads of times & I'm prepared to keep on saying it (Cracked Record Syndrome--no known treatment or cure so you'll have to suffer my consequences I'm afraid :D
) Be Happy with what you have accomplished, cuz it has meant 1, 5 or 95 days the shops did not trick you into parting with your cash!
If you've found things a bit harder than you imagined, perhaps you need to look & see if you're trying to fit a quart into a pint pot! [For younger readers, that would be 500mls into a 330ml bottle :rotfl:] Kerri is saying she is thinking of excluding petrol from this Challenge & in my rules it's utility bills provided we don't buy anything else on that day, so don't be so hard on yourselves. Do a bit of tweaking till you find the 'recipe' that is best suited to your situation. Good Luck & Well Done All :T

....Monday started with a visit to the doctors for me for a mysterious rash (apparently a byproduct of a viral infection I never knew I had!) *puts on surgical gown & diver's helmet before reading further* so had to get some antihistimines to stop me scratching it :o, this was then followed by a trip to the vets for one of my dogs (£60 for anti biotics and a biopsy on 2 lumps) :(

Tuesday... Even more expensive trip to the vets (£171) to get the offending bleeders removed as they were proved cancerous...  anyway he's feeling much better now and back to his normal clownlike self :DWaggg-wagg-snarf-lick, poor Lamb :o

Wednesday- went to the market and purchased my Mums Mothers Day present - **2 Indian Runner Ducks :T:T She has always wanted some, and I saw these yesterday and just had to get them for her :rotfl: (she lives on a farm by the way!) So took them round last night and she was so excited :j

SO today, I am going to work from home and keep myself out of trouble, away from the shops and not buy anything off ebay until tomorrow when Aprils quota kicks in :rotfl:

I have decided to drastically reduce my target for next month so I have a realistic chance of meeting it :o especially as its Easter Holidays as well....

    Roll on April! :T
**Visions of that advert for a certain loo-cleaning product, with a fine figure of a duck recumbent in sweat bands & stripy running gear :rotfl:So they are a real breed of actual living D0nalds then? Amazing!

Next month is chock-a-block with Bank Hols isn't it; is there any week with a full quota of working days at all? We stumble through Easter, The Wedding *lifts seams of joggers & tries to curtsey, with Pooch thinking it's a new kind of game so joining in too* & May BH, then blow me, my lot are heavily involved with a pal's Wedding on the first weekend of May, so a chase-yer-tail-to-bite-yer-bum time coming up in this household confused-smiley-011.gif I have visions of "Oh Mum; while you're out can you pick up some bla-bla-blaa for the Wedding?"--I may get the money back but who knows--& a few "Got to be out by 6:45 tonight so can we have flip-flap-flop for dinner?" when I've not got that in :undecided Methinks it will be like having school-age kids around the home again, so I'll have to think about my Target for next month :o

Snuck a look at your post Rock; does that mean you'll have to move when you get the job? I used to cram up on all the wrong bits for exams, so I know what you're saying about the interview :rotfl: Consider it like the acting fraternity would--a bad dress rehearsal makes for a good performance x

I didn't go out at all yesterday so along with the exciting thrill of paying the bills *yyaAAAWWWNNNnn* I'll get me to L1dls where they've a good price on garden parasols this week. So, it looks like I'm declaring 21 for March.

Thanks to BDINI & All your support crew for a lovely month under your command x

Aye I will be moving but will just have to wait and see . . . the whole plan is to get to live with my DH again. Just annoyed that I didn't get to do my best. 30 mins is so short and they didn't really let me finish my answers. Any how I never like to second guess, so I will just have think of a plan B just in case.

And well done to you for NSD 21, very impressive. :j

NSD to report on Tuesday, making 11 for the month. I need to stay spend free today in order to hit my target. I think I can do it.
Debt free since December 2015. It can be done

    Caught one!

As I planned, yesterday was study study study (just like today then ) so no spending for me!

    Up to 10/12 now methinks

I can already tell today won't be, I'm in uni and really really fancy some coffee... got to get a bit more essay done first though. Also if the essay gets done I may be going to la tasca tonight, something about a voucher that runs out today or whatever... I'm leaving it to the boys to discuss!
