NSD 15. This takes me offically over my target and it makes half the month NSD which feels great. I know that I can do it and this should make it easier in April.#Sealed pot #085.

Hi everyone
Some really good numbers above!! I didn't have chance to come on yesterday so I am now reporting NSDs 16 and 17. I've had no treats at work and I've been resisting the craving to get a take away pizza!
I haven't had a take away since before christmas because a) the cost and b) the calories (trying to be sensible this year!) and I've been ok up to now. Think I'll have one this weekend as a treat if I hit my NSD target0 -
13/10 next month i will try and do more no spend days:j0
