Broken phone screen from accidental damage

  • Thanks for the replies. In no way did I expect them to be liable, and I am perfectly happy to acknowledge my fault. I just wanted see what others thought because I know a broken screen is a very common problem, and can happen, in some cases, with a very slight drop. I have paid up and looking forward to my fixed phone.

A note to add; the phone company charged me £76 for the new screen and it is still in warranty. The other companies that I looked at wanted to charge me £80, but swore Three would charge me way more, and if I'd gone with them the warranty would have become void. Three also sent me a pre paid recorded delivery jiffy bag included in the total cost.
