    Not true.

    You can make a declaration of no fixed address or use a day centre as a "care of" address.

    I'd suggest you get onto the DWP pronto and get a claim in.
  • There is both a £5 and £10 unplanned overdraft daily fee with Lloyds, they will charge this a max of 8 times a month and the value depends on how much overdrawn you are - have a read of this http://www.lloydstsb.com/media/lloydstsb2004/pdfs/banking_charges_brochure.pdf , page 4. As others have mentioned, surely you are entitiled to some type of benefits to assist you?
