Hi hun

The main first letter have been replaced by the FOS reclaiming Questionnaire, unless I missed something of course :eek::D;) lol, but with the template letters, I think its was something to do with the success rates, the banks were receiving the same sort of letters if you know what I mean, but if you make it personal by writing your own personal letter, the chances of success are possibly higher.:)

Cheers Di, i always say to people a letter in your own words will work just as well initially, and it is more personal as you say.
