I have a iphone 3GS and just got a new pc and downloaded itunes and logged in with my account details and tried to Sync my apps and download a new one which i did but when i go to sync the apps it goes to take off all the other apps that are on my phone that i downloaded on my old pc.
Why is that happening?
i cant even move any of the apps on phone via itunes on pc for some reason.
i just dont want it to delete all my other apps when i try to sync this new app.
i get the message saying
are you sure you want to sync apps? all existing apps and their date on xxxxxx will be replaced with apps from this itunes library.
but i dont get that as its still the same itunes account as on my old pc.

The iPhone is by default synched to the PC, not vice versa. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

You need to make sure your iTunes account is the same one you had previously. If not, any apps not in your prechase list will be removed when the phone is synced..0

First authorise the computer.
Then, there's an option somewhere that says 'transfer purchases from iphone', choose that one. It should copy everything to iTunes, then you can sync as normal.0 -
