I hate saturdays.. nothing decent on the tv... shops too busy to go to (Even if I was brave enough to trawl the shops being 31 weeks pregnant with a dodgy pelvis and toddler in tow, it's the christmas parade and light switch on in my local town amd it'd be chaos!)..
So what's everyone up to today? I'm about to put my little girl up for a nap, then might go and get together some more things for my hospital bag (for when I go into labour.. nothing wrong with being prepared! lol!).

Just had some lunch, after picking up daughter from her hockey match.
She's off into town with a friend soon.

            Drew 1-1.
At least the rain and hail had stopped.
 It's now pouring down here.
Just realised I forgot to bring home the digital scales from work to calculate e-bay postage.

Nice and sunny here in Surrey and a neighbour has set up a stall in her front garden selling jewellery and bits and bobs picked up on her travels. I bought two rings, for my sister in law and best friend, really nice unusual ones from Turkey.
I got chatting to the neighbour (who I've never met before though she's only 7 houses along from me), she told me about the various car boot sales round here and what sells where.
So for £7 I got two Christmas presents, a new friend and lots of useful info.
I'm not planning to spend much on Christmas (youngest daughter is hard at work making cards at this moment), however yesterday I received confirmation of my M&S Money credit card, and that A&L will match my enormous overdraft, AND I got booked for 12 days freelance work, so although I haven't reduced my debts yet I should start to make headway soon and therefore I felt I could splash out on the rings.

Hi everyone, nice to see you all on such a dreary afternoon.
It is raining up here which makes no change for the winter months. So bad I stayed in bed until 1pm! Excuse? I was up until 3am winding down after finished work at 1am! Unfortunately have to go and get ready for starting again at 3pm
What does everyone else have planned for the rest of the afternoon?"Life may not always be the party you wish for, but whilst here you may aswell dance"!!!

            Hiya
It's a bright sunny - but very windy - day here. I've been town this morning to get basic food stuff and bought my first two 'investment' books for selling on Amazon at a charity shop (69p & 89p respectively!).
I've just had lunch and will brave the elements later to slap a lick of paint on my front doorstep as it's peeling away, and do other tidying up stuff in the garden before Winter sets in. Then I'll settle down to watch Strictly Come Dancing. Oh it's all excitement here :rotfl: :rotfl:
Well done for meeting up with your neighbour and getting such a bargain Seaxwyn
