Never mind Vix you will win one day I'm sure - and you still had a very good night by the sound of it   and I'm with you on the gloss paint

WE've just a very nice chicken casserole made with L!dl chicken thighs, and a pack of casserole veg I had frozen when I got it whoopsied for 35p, plus 2 veg stock cubes, so it was a cheap meal and I've 3 portions left :j With no thickener in it, we had it in a bowl by itself, rather like soup, which Mr 3Dogs hates, but he loved it ;);););) and made a nice warming meal which is just what we wanted

Well done 3Dogs on the amount you have raised! that is fabulous! you should come and work with me when I do my avon stalls. You may make me more than I do!

Poor Chelle, honey and lemon in hot water, sipped, you need to keep your throat wetted, to stop the broken glass feel.

Fab news Andy about Kit's shop, so pleased for her, you are great people to know :)

I should not be on here tonight either too much to do, if you see my green light on for longer than 10 mins, tell me to get off!

Fire Station visit went far too well, over 20 people  but I got told off as the Fire Station received calls from people who had seen it advertised, and they thought it was an open day. In fact I saw another message today, saying Oh I missed it, will there be another one. So I gently directed the person to my forum where I post information, suggesting they joined, instead of just swinging along for a freebie, and not saying thank you.

It was not an open day, it was a specially arranged by me visit, they normally only let school trips in.

You can use this at Tatcos.

I did yesterday, even though the Cashier tried to tell me you couldn't.

I told him, yes you do accept it, there is a competitors button on your till, and Co0p is under that. Funny, he put it through without a word.

Hope you stayed indoors in the warm then hun? I know what you mean about eating for Scotland, coz I've got England covered at the minute

We have been going continuously to S/W0rld for 3 years now and I can honestly say, hand on heart, that, until the end of last year, I stuck rigidly to the plan except Monday night treats after getting weighed for all that time. Ok, Christmas but only for one day - 24 hours for the first 2 Christmas's, then the odd few days away, family party, that thing - but day to day, I never felt the urge to have anything not on the plan. But now, I find it easy, very easy, to stuff my face with cakes and/or chocolate :(:( I don't know exactly when it started. It could have been after THAT holiday in July when we ate so much food such rich, rich food and drank all that booze. Or it could be linked with Mam's illness and the stress of that, together with the upset in routine of going up there and back regularly. Whatever it was, I have lost control and I WANT IT BACK

No it's not easy Beanie - but I have got to get back on the straight and narrow soon or else I'll undo all of my good work - if I gain more than one pound tomorrow night, I will have 'lost' my 4 stone lost, if you get my drift - if I gain 2 pounds, I will be back to 3st 13 lbs lost, instead of 14 st or over lost. Mind you, that might be the shock I need :(:(

But it is soooo hard :(

Change of subject .......................... Mr 3Dogs might have fixed the new radiator into the van, but, in doing so, something else has gone wrong as we now have power stearing fluid pouring out  so he is going to look at that in the morning - if it's not one thing it's another with cars/vans  Is you car a Mobility car Beanie? I hope so, coz that is one less worry for you
