    afternoon all, we are back home, just chilling, before i do our main meal and then head off for a bit of a sleep before work. Was good chatting on the phone Miche and glad we were able to send your croaky voice away

    One egg Andy. Also just bought some lard (used olive oil the last time and was told it wouldn't be hot enough)

    Miche, try adding a second egg and a bit more plain flour to balance the mixture (make it a bit more thick) and whisk it well, i think you might like the result!

    You wont need water as you are using skimmed milk (1%)
    Eating sensibly to try and lose some weight
