One egg Andy. Also just bought some lard (used olive oil the last time and was told it wouldn't be hot enough)

aww poor beanie, sorry to hear you have fallen twice, hope your not in pain?
Miche, try adding a second egg and a bit more plain flour to balance the mixture (make it a bit more thick) and whisk it well, i think you might like the result!
You wont need water as you are using skimmed milk (1%)Eating sensibly to try and lose some weight0 -
