Yay to be home.
will mow lawn after work tomorrow. V low blood sugars today. Steve and Andy are at Waterloo station with very low batteries. He kept finding cute men and that used up phone batteries. :rotfl::rotfl:Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Hi Marru we are both taking it easy tonight. It is sooo beautiful out there i have just walked back from work. It will rain when the gang come to visit, i might have to take them to museums instead of the beach!Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

Oh thanks for that Marru - I'll try the bananas - I don't often get leg cramps at home as we have proper seating but I know the seats cut into the back of my legs at the home so that is what is causing it up here
Enjoy your calming stitching and TVMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

Susan i haven't started tidying yet for when you guys come!!!! Been so busy with work. I will do it tomorrow night after work! EEEk.
Marru have you tried Herbie and Roberto Moir I dont know if Mr Moir posts on here any more?Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Afternoon guys - hope everyone is well - lovely and sunny here on Tyneside but quite breezy, though the difference is the wind is not cool like it has been so it is very warm
My neice had just been round to see me and I have confirmed the dates of her holidays when I will be staying at her house and she is more than happy for Kit, Steve and Andy to come up and visit me there, so I have emailed them with the dates and hopefully we can sort another holiday to Newcastle for them. It will be more the summer so, as my neice said, we can sit out in their decking and enjoy the sun more this time - they have a lovely family garden, with decking straight off the dining room, with garden table/chairs and barbequeI'm looking forward to hearing from Steve, Andy and Kit as to what we can sort out :j :j
I've had a lazy morning as I had cramp in my legs during the night again - it's the hard chairs at the home when visiting Mam, and leaning over to feed her, etc, while sitting slightly twisted with the chair slightly sideways as the padded side of the bed mean that you can't get close in otherwise - it is hard on the back and legs, and brings on my sciatica and gives me cramp in my legs at night - but hey ho, gotta be done
I'm off soon to get changed for going down to see Mam so will be back on here when I get back tonight
Hi 3Dogs
i have a tendency to get cramps in my legs too i keep them at bay by drinking tonic water as it has quinine in it when im going on holiday i take quinine tablets which i get from the doctor
i also salt my food as that used to help
i hope this helps you
i have also used calcium and magnezium tablets and zinc too as it helps with the circulation0 -
You don't need to tiday for us lot Kit
I'm just going to grill my steak to have with salad and jacket potato, so won't be long

Thanks Crafti - it seems a lot of people get leg cramps - my Dad suffered terribly with them, as does my brother - they both took/take tonic water and quinine tabletsMind you, I don't have salt really - well, we use lo-salt at home. I actually bought some tonic water today so will have that later
