Hey Susan hi! I just woke up when Steve and Andy rang from the beach. I was a bit ill at work today and then wiped out when i arrived home. Have slept it off now thank goodness. The boys send their love and they will be in Kew Gardens tomorrow and checking out nice locations for london. I know it quite well so i am pretty comfy! I do like London. They have asked X to contact them about exactly where we are meeting I gave them the general location but i couldn't remember the exact place so i have just texted her to contact them.

Dont worry about SW. You had too much to do. How are you sweetie? Your mam sounds really fragile now.

I have just read Marru's diary. Crumbs talk about firing on all cylinders, she is moving soooo fast. She's been at the shredded wheat again. Talk about fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a bit ashamed that i slept but i feel better now. Boys are so cheerful and made me happy. Are you looking forward to seeing Mr 3dogs?

Mam was OK but quiet and weak. I helped her with her mash & baked bean sauce, but she managed her yoghurt/rol0 dessert herself. While she was eating this however, she kept yelling that her feet were sore, which she often does - this is because she slides so far down the bed that, even though she is only little, her feet come up against the bottom bed frame, and often get hooked up on the frame or on the air-flow mattress machine hooks - I went and got the carers to pull her back up the bed, so she was then sitting upright, as she should actually be for all eating/drinking. She never mentioned her feet again, but I did get her to tense against me pushing against the soles of her feet, to ease any cramp

After her meds/nebuliser, she had a little of her tea, with 2 biccies, but started to choke a little and get sleepy, so I didn't give her anymore, just got her to drink juice instead. As she was getting sleepy, I put the pillow section down half way to allow her to rest and drop off to sleep, and said night night

By the way, she waves her hand when I leave, and continues to do this as I walk up the corridor, with me waving back, until out of sight
