Sorry too late for my help but I hope that you skipped the slimming lesson and then instead read the beyond chocolate blog tonight.
Bangers and mash here. And more packing. And letter from bailiffs  they are going to get such a stinking letter back from me."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

voice i think has gone on holiday
i still tried to teach
had an email as soon as i got in saying was i supposed to be going full time this week
i responded that i had previously emailed work for today and tomorrow at least a fortnight ago
i spoke to my ex union rep about position at work and he recommended i got a doctors note to cover myself
when i got home i had the occupational health letter saying it was likely to take 2-3 months to get voice established but no medium or long term damage done
also the speed of recovery would depend on whether they get me the PA system to help and that they should ensure each increment was established before increasing the teaching load
so i have the OH letter before the school as they said they had not heard from OH-i wonder? :T:T:j:j:j0 -

Hello and yes, I did not go to slimming classFirst time in 3 years I haven't gone due to being naughty, I am sure that Mr 3Dogs would confirm that I have never done this before
But ... today ..... I just needed not to go .... so I didn't
And, for my sins, the internet connection keeps failing on me and I couldn't get online for more than 5 seconds at a time   Restarted my computer and it seems OK for now, so hopefully it will stay OKMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

I'm talking to Mr 3Dogs on the phone - he was getting worried as he'd rang several times with no reply, but I checked my mobile when he hadn't rang and found that my mobile was on silent don't know how that happened as it rang this morning when Mr 3Dogs gave me my early morning callMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
