I didn't do the mystery shop, I cancelled it. It would have been too hard and with Sam in tow. I can't control him when I can't speak.
Although we did go to the local shops and although he was doing his usual sprint around Mr S, he kept close to me when he realised I was stopping and waiting to cross the road and he had run off ahead of me.
I had to write notes everywhere I went... it was interesting to see how people reacted to my bad writing.
DH has taken him to the park now, so grabbing a couple of minutes then getting dinner ready for DH.0 -

sorry to hear you have lost your voice please take care not to whisper as the vocal chords dont meet properly when you whisper and can cause damage to them0 -

hi mr rollo
how was your day? a good one i hope:T:T0 -
thanks Crafti and hello :hello:
that is what Kit said to, that you had said not to whisper. I have had to a couple of times today because of stoopid people knocking at the door and DS. He can't read, and I still have to communicate with him. I have avoided talking and whispering as much as I can but sometimes needed to tell him something.
I am listening to everyone though0 -

garggling is good and belly giggling as it opens up the throat and relaxes the muscles in the throat
i know its difficult not to try to talk or whisper but mouthing the words without sound is better than whispering0 -

Hiya Sorry to hear your voice is acting up again. Sounds a good idea that your emailing & getting cover with help with your work. Glad your not getting frustrated as that will not help with your voice. Will you be coming to London with us all or will we see you on the Sunday?0 -
Evening all. Am not sure if Marru is asleep yet, thanks for update on your mam Susan.
Just had reply to my lecture this morning from George -he says hi to everyone. He is looking after his dad at home after hip op and making him relax so he doesn't get more ill. He is pacing himself at work too thank goodness. He says he knows he has to update his diary but he will do it when he is able. His mum is in the computer room now so his dad doesn't hurt his hip. Gosh and I thought we told him to take it easy.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
