What about some nice lean protein (chicken, fish, eggs or something [STRIKE]boring[/STRIKE] healthy like that) with a salad and a jacket potato.
The birdies are tweeting in the garden. Dont they get bored. Gosh they dont even change their clothes. i must be grateful for small mercies at least i can wear nice clothes. Glad i am not a pigeon. And they can only eat worms. And it is cold. I am going to do a blood test as feel funny.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
