What about a twix kit, they are cheerful everyday chocolate (although only if allowed with your sugar levels etc)

I should have clarified, I have no chance of losing half a stone, I just want to lose that much, I always want to lose half a stone, its my default position! Maybe I'll manage a couple of pounds this week, but I'll then put it back on over the weekend. Alcohol is terrible for weight, maybe I'll become tee-total....A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0

you will feel guilty if you eat more chocs sweetie save that for when you are away, watch your sugars you dont want to be ill before you go away get the levels stabilised first so you can enjoy yourself you deserve it0 -

kit, chocs wont do you any good, why dont you hard boil some egs and make a nice salad? we had fishfingers and salad, plus i had mashed potato with chopped spring onions added, steve had chips!Eating sensibly to try and lose some weight0

What about some nice lean protein (chicken, fish, eggs or something [STRIKE]boring[/STRIKE] healthy like that) with a salad and a jacket potato.
