I reckon i might be able to do it. why is life so pressurised? i hate going out as i know that in the back of my mind i am panicking about work deadlines.

I dont know a single person that has the work/leisure divide sorted. People are always having panic attacks and breakdowns in our place. You'd think it was the City or something. I feel better now. Sorted out clothes into piles. I must have a 100 pairs of black socks.

SW - you are not pain. Everybody gets this now and again. And especially if your blood sugars get all over the place then it must have an impact.

Anyhoo - you need to look after yourself. People notice when you are not around. So you are so needed as an overall cheerlearder on MSE and also your students need you.

I have ran out of steam now so gong to have quick look at Matrix thread and then check what is on telly. I can feel quiet stitching evening coming up. I have two ugly frogs lined up for tomorrow morning after coffee but before shower.

Bless you Marru. You guys all know what pressure is. I dont have half the hassle you all do. Sorry. :o I feel a bit better. I am going to do some ironing to continue calming down.
