I have Mamma Mia on DVD, birthday gift from a few years ago, thoroughly enjoyed watching it, but no chance with DS around - and by this time of night, to tired to watch and enjoy it.
Kit has problems with her pc - needs a new motherboard. But Steve and Andy are visiting her this weekend, so bet she is having the time of her life.
I miss her posts, even when I don't have time to post, I read on my phone and it is lovely, like a sweet tinkling stream, a brook, makes you feel good.0 -

Evening guys - another lovely day her on Tyneside - 20 degrees :j :j
My neice went down to see Mam at lunch time, and made sure she ate her lunch, which of course she didShe said that her Gran was very confused though and talking rubbish. Also, Mam had pulled her catheter out and they were leaving it out till tomorrow so she is not too disturbed putting it back in
I'd had a very bad night and when I was going to get up about 10.30 am, felt really down and on the verge of weepy - so got back into bed, buried my head under the covers and eventually went back to sleep. I got up, in a fog head-wise, at 12.45 pm, had my breakkie and couldn't decide what to do. My sister had gone out with my neice and the girls, down to the beach, lucky things, and, as I think I'd mentioned but might not of, needed the car back about 4 pm today. I sat and I sat and then, when my brother said he wasn't going down today he hadn't been to see Mam yesterday either  I made my decision and went down for an hour before I took the car back. when I got there, Mam was in a messshe had all the covers in her hands, wringing them, was all anxious and confused, and I saw that she had messed herself, so I went to get the carers to clean her up and change her. When I went back into her room she looked round and was all smiling again - much happier. She was still rambling and asking about people she asked if I had got my top when Susan had got her's so I of course said yes, bless
. I made her a cup of tea and made sure she drnak some of her juice, and she looked quite sleepy when I left. I think she was quite hot to touch too, so perhaps they are going to have to put her on those antibiotics after all
My brother was ready to put dinner out when I got back from walking up from my sister's after dropping off the car - chicken, roast potatoes/carrots and sprouts - very nice too :j and I have been talking to Mr 3Dogs for half an hour after dinner - he had a very slow day at the car boot - too many stalls and not enough people to go round I think
Just watching Time Team on TV, which is just about to finish - enjoyed that :jMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

hi mrs 3dogs :-) what are there rules at a carboot regarding what you are allowed to sell? does everything have to be second hand? - i'd like to find another outlet for my ink cartridges and all the other similar stuff that i stock - do you think that might be a possibilty? There are quite a few sunday car boots round here but ive never been to a single one - to go there would mean not taking the neighbour shopping on a sunday morning, but i'd be happy to make that sacrifice :-) lol, I could always get her the phone number for a taxi i guess ;-)0

Hello everyone!!
I had a lovely time in London this weekend! The girl made it, although i am tired, and i ache!! My arm muscles are something else, i am looking hench!! We finished work at 6:10 yest, rushed on a train, got to london at 8ish, had 6 chicken nuggets for dinner and then the rest of the night was a bit of a wash outDidn't get into a club in the end, but we live and learn! Highlight of the night was getting one of those bike thingys at 3am back to our hostel. One man said £7 (he went after we said £6!!) So then another said £20!!!!! and in the end we got one for £9! Sooo fun. We saw a lambourghini and lots of ferraris!!
Hope everyones had a good weekend, sounds like a lot of gardening has been going on. Poor Kit needs a smart phone so she can post from that!0 -
