I could venture into my garden couldnt i!! I have a doctors appointment at half 10, so that will no doubt be the highlight of my day. My best friend has a full time job now, so where i used to see her every day, now i'm not. Everyone else is working, or doesnt have a car so i can't get to them.

Vix, I had a fractured ankle 5 years ago, and I could not physically get out of my flat without help, as it was a stupidly built flat, with a really high step into the house, and another step, a tiny bit of pavement, then another step and you had to go through the garage to leave!

So unless someone helped me, I was non weight bearing, I was stuck in the house for 3 months. The highlight of those 3 months was the hospital visits! And someone coming to see me at home on their lunch break! I feel your pain.
