You're too kind kit!! I could take you clubbing O-level? Does that still count as a qualification nowadays? haha, only teasing. You're far too intelligent for me!! I went down hill in my A-levels, just gave up when life started to get more interesting. Silly vicki.

Oh and, this is a turn up for the books, but i really want to go to India!! This bloke from twitter has sold it to me, he lives in kent/mumbai and he went on holiday to goa and general other indian places and it looks lush. Just thought i'd share that with you

Vicki i keep telling my students how things used to be before the days of the internet when we had to read books and videos were just starting and we all watched blue peter! They laugh too.

A little update on Mam - she has been OK recently, eating very well and chatting nicely, laughing and giggling, but today my sister said she was confused and thirsty - she drank a carton of pear juice and a cup of blackcurrant squash in an hour and was searching for the next cup - she seems dehydrated again but it may be that she has had orange squash the last two days and she may not have drank as much of that as she prefers the blackcurrant - hopefully, with the blackcurrant now, she will recover quite quickly. She is still eating well though - only 2 weeks come Saturday and I see her again :j :j

Good i keep thinking of her I am glad she is still giggly. I think William may be resting i hope so (did i see a flying pig????). He has a meeting at 3pm tomorrow can everyone pray, think, chant etc for him then, i hope it works out.

Night Vix - I will say a prayer for WilliamD tonight Kit and will think of him at 3 pm tomorrow - I do hope things go OK for him at work as he is struggling to cope and I don't know how he would deal with bad news

Good morning! Here i am again for day two of CV/covering letter rubbish. With a bit of spanish thrown in.

Afternoon everyone - it is a slightly foggy day here today - dark and miserable :mad:

I took my friend to the hospital for her pre-assessment and it took 2 1/2 hours including a cuppa afterwards so that wasn't too bad - they reckon, with me going away on 2nd April for 6 weeks, they may not operate until I come back as she must have someone looking in on her. She will have the District Nurse coming in for her dressings and other help with household work and personal care, but has to have someone to stay with her the first night and be on call 24/7 in case of emergency - and that is me. They also said that they will remove the pins in the op as on one side the pin has slipped down and is pressing into the bone below which is what is causing her such pain and not allowing her to straighten her leg. This may not work as her bones are in such a state after the fall and due to her rheumatoid arthritis, and even if they replace the knee joint, she might not be much better than she is now, to the same reason

Mr 3Dogs got a few records at the auction and has sorted through them and some records which have been in the living room for some time, and is loading them on the van right now to take down to storage unit tomorrow - so I have a little more space in my room now :j

Edit: One of the boxes of records must have been out in the rain coz the album covers are wet so he will put some in the airing cupboard at a time to dry them off

Many thanks Puds - those folding dog bowls you have donated arrived today and I will take them down to the kennels next time I go with car boot money from them - you're a star - the stray doggies will be well pleased
