TalkTalk mobile plus, any good?

I have been with TalkTalk for a few years and I am considering using the company for my mobile. Th mobile Plus advertises unlimited calls at 30 quid a month.

1) The fair use policy says customers can make up to £200 of calls per month, in calls, what does this mean?

2) Are Test messaging included in this package?

3) Do you have a handset with this package, or expect to get one yourself?

4) what else is included, free international calls? free voicemail?

I would also like to hear from customers who use this package and let me know what they think?

*A monthly recurring charge of £30 will apply, for which customers will receive a fair usage allowance of
£200 per month, that can be used for:
• Calls from UK to national fixed line destinations, starting 01, 02 and 03 only (excludes calls to Channel
Islands, any non-geographic, premium rate, Directory Enquiry, free phone numbers starting 08 [except

I think it's the former.

I don't use. I prefer getting everything for free via redemption route.
