The room I want is £19.00 anyway, so when I can get to it that'll do.. ;)

anyone who has used this before.... do they release more rooms later on in the day? or is it First-come-first serve?

I would like to know this too!

I know yesterday someone said that in the last sale, they got up at a normal time, 9am or something and managed to book a Blackpool room. This could just be because there was a lot of rooms available that time, or maybe they do release more?

I am sort of happy paying £19 for a room as it is still very cheap, but tbh it seems a bit like I am giving Travelodge exactly what they want, buying rooms that are at the same price as usual because I have came on especially to find a sale room.

May wait until tomorrow if I am going to book the room at £19, as I dont want to do that and then see the price fall to £10.

if you would of gone on 2 hour ago, Covent Gardens in July was only £19

i booked blackpool for £15 a night, refreshed the page and it went up to £25...so you really do have to be first to get the good deals

This sale either starts at 6 am or it dosen't, very confusing and really not very fair if they are going to release earlier than advertised. suppose they can do what they want but I wonder what trading standards would make of it?:)

No thats it, it tends to become easier to get on at 9am but there will not be any left by then. I managed tp get into Ludlow area, nothing whatsoever, Nottingham area, only £19 rooms on Sunday which is not bad I suppose, nothing doing Manchester, London or Liverpool area in march which is the only dates I've managed to get on so far.

I wouldn't do this.. as soon as you see the price and you're happy to pay it, purchase.

I think I may have already fallen short of dynamic pricing this week..

Booked a room for £29, seeing as our date is totally unflexible and it would have cost us at least £50 to stay anywhere else. So a little bit of a deal, even if not the mega bargain I would have hoped for. :)

Next time I will start looking closer to 4am! ;)

Me too, back to bed now

Icame on here last night and read through the threads on this and previous sales which all said to get on earlier than 6 as the sale would be live by about 4am. I did this and got the dates I wanted-2 nights in London in October and 2 rooms for 1 night at manchester airport for a flight in September-all at £10 each. Yes the £10 rooms existed but it was definitely first come first served (and not many Saturday nights available)
