o2 international favorites not working

any one have a problem with international favorites with o2 mine has been not working for a month getting no joy from o2 to get it back working love to here any input

yes....having the same problem. I called o2 4 times. they said its an engineering issue at their end. They need another couple of days.
However they gave back my £10 credit that was taken on the day of renewal, also gave me a month free, and also 50mins talk time.....so push them for some compensation!

I've been getting "the mobile number you have dialled is not recognised" for the last week, when I try to call a UAE mobile, I can call all other international numbers on other networks! I am on Tesco who use o2 but my OH can call the same number and he is with o2.

Tesco mobile can offer no explanation at all, It as been flagged up with the engineers to investigate, so this may be part of the same problem.

What makes it more puzzling is the fact that I can text the UAE mobile without a problem!

Seems like these problems are widespread and yet o2 continues to take peoples money for an almost non existant service ?

They tried to fob me off at first saying it was bc I had put the money in late. But I was able to use the service after that. Then they finally told me they were having 'widespread issues with the International Favorites Bolt-On, but would not be able to get back to me for 5 days.'

Wish they would sort this out!
