I'd reply clarifying what you've just told us! If it's RE and the proofreader still says no then go over their head to the named contact in the notes.

I think I have that job today. Mine just says diamond item so will pick something other than a ring. Don't want to pretend to but myself an engagement ring!

I've emailed them and they have got back to me, bit annoying that I did write what had happened correctly in the questionnaire and then I have to spend more of my time re-explaining though. The questionnaire was a pain and the fee was low anyway.

Double check it! When I signed up for mine I thought it was just a normal item, then when I got the full assignment notes it said I had to say that it was an engagement ring. I wouldn't have took the job if I'd known that from the off!

Can anyone help me - I'm trying to sign up to Helion, and the second part of it shows a map, and you're supposed to make sure it's centred on your address. Mine is showing part of Hong Kong (!), and I can't work out how to change it. Nothing changed after I entered my address, and I can't reposition the map, so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. Any ideas? Hope I'm not just being stupid here and missing something obvious...

I've done it now... it worked in IE, so must have been a browser issue, as it wouldn't do anything in Chrome!

For the Retail Active pharmacy visits, do they cover the purchase as well as the fee? The assignment notes state the fee and say you can keep the purchase, but it doesn't seem worth doing if the fee also has to cover buying the item.
