Hi folks, newbie here ... Anyone else stuck on the second page of Abai's "super shopper" client report? Won't let me continue until I have answered a question about staff numbers, but there is no box to fill in! Confused and frustrated - would be hugely helpful to know either that I am not alone in this, or that some cunning soul found a way round it, so I can get on with the rest of my report! Many thanks.
PS - 3b is the question with the glitch ....0 -

I have the same glitch so must be a fault their end....quite relieved as not in the mood for report writing tonight. Will have a glass of wine and blob in front of the tele instead! Will shoot an email their way in the morning if it hasn't been sorted. Expect they will get a few.0 -

I've got the same problem on one of their food store reports. Very annoying especially since I'd promised myself I was going to do all the reports the same day as the jobs this month and not let them all backpile so I was doing 6 or 7 the last weekend of the wave!!
I've emailed Susan so hopefully it will be sorted for tomorrow - still annoying when I was all geared up for tonight though! We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I see the 'other' DIY company that TNS had a few jobs for on the Sassie system a few months back has gone into administration. It's not the one thats on VAS now but the other one.0

At what age do you stop seeing the underground sandwiches and phones then?0

I see phones and death shops but no underground sandwiches. Am 35
Think phones stop at 40. Don't know when underground sandwiches stop.

I'm 19 and can't see any underground sandwiches! I did my local one once about a year ago and not seen it since, I used to see one in a nearby village up for ages not being taken every time and since I took that a few months ago when going for another more highly paid job with another company (petrol there and back costs just over underground sandwich fee) I haven't seen it either, I'm sure it hasn't suddenly become popular and it's been 3 months since I took it.
Does anyone know if they have a really long time to wait before you can do them again? I would have thought with it being a quick-service food place that you could do it every month (unless you have to give out a voucher, in which case wait maybe 3-4 months or 6 months at the most).
And why an age limit on underground sandwiches!? It's not like it's something only young people tend to buy, making it suspicious if an older person does the shop.0 -
I am sure the time period is pretty long, something like 6 or 8 months. The posh ones used to be 12 months, not sure if this is still the case. Hotels are 9 months also.0
