My worry is if something goes wrong-- and I dont get refunded I think TG told me about someone she knew that it happend too gutting!

I'd skim-read the forum and thought DevilsAdvocate1 had eaten 768 of the chocolate things

That's always a worry with the high end stuff, luckily to be offered that kind of work you've cut your teeth on the rubbish jobs and gone through the learning curve so the likelihood of that is extremely slim. For the amounts involved on the holiday project if it were to happen it would be worth taking them to court over!

I have done a few of these.

It is a large outay and you have to book in advance so ties your money up for a few weeks. However I love them....no fee but they are the sort of thing my family loves.
The reports are comprehensive they are nothing an experienced MSer couldn't handle. Attention to detail and the 'how you feel' come to mind'!
I have had reimbursement by bank transfer between 3-7 days after submitting.
Stick to what they ask and all is fine. Ask the agency questions about anything you are unsure about before you commit and especially before you go and all will be fine.

Yeah I agree, I guess its no different then cruises, flights, hotels etc. there is always a chance you could F it up! but I do hope people read this thread as it was a MASS email that was sent out and I bet a lot of people already saw "FREE HOLIDAY" and thought WHOO HOO

I would be more worried if it was RE or GAP offering these lol

Hi everyone. I'm quite new here but am reasonably experienced in ms terms. I too have done a couple of these holiday jobs and would reinforce that they are not too taxing and really worthwhile for the family. Do one well and you will be offered further!

Ps. I notice TNS have started including a 'hope you had a good weekend' line in their emails after people were complaining of their not too friendly wording!

    The application will short list!

It is a busy holiday and report has to be in super fast and depending on how things go there can be a LOT to write!

We always have fun though and I take my net book and aim to do each bit as we go.....doesn't always happen though as I have been known to be so exhausted that after a couple of glasses of vino at the end of each day I am sparko in the chair!

It is very quiet at the moment, however I do think it is due to Easter and tons of bank holidays - shops etc won't want us lot going in when its one of their busiest periods.

They don't want them back. Feel free to dispose how you see fit (with a coffee is my preferred method) ;)
I thought I had to hang on to them as they said they might need to see them.
    How long would that be?
