I think they still have the franchise ones, however they appear to have lost the company owned ones. The franchise ones will probably continue as they will be charged in the franchise agreement as the company will be keen to ensure that the franchisees are not harming the brand

My friend's Dad is a pharmacist and I was telling them about mystery shopping. He was aware of them and said that it was just another way of his employer torturing them. I laughed.

I'm also having to think about it. Always been a complete Luddite (always used email) but I was miles from home yesterday with people ringing, emails piling up and missing Google maps.
