I've researched the notes very thoroughly and I'm 99% certain have all the answer right.

Tried to ring their "Helpline" on Friday but (as usual) there was only an answerphone and now they don't open 'till Monday.

Anyone else having problems?

Don't waste any more time on it. I phoned them when I did these 2 months ago and there seemed to be a glitch in the system. I went through the test with them over the phone to make sure I knew the answers and then they got the IT person to put them through. It was driving me crazy too.

I can't see on the website, how the company beginning with A, pay me. I signed up last year and have finally done a job but can't find my payment details on my info page. Anyone?

They will send you an invoice around the 13/14th May, their pay run is around the 15th so you've missed this month.

I wanted to do some this weekend so needed to get it sorted.

You're very welcome Blindman. It goes a little way to paying back how you've helped me in the past .

As we discussed, some of the questions are quite ambiguous, and there are some where strictly speaking 2 of the answers could be correct.

So for anyone else stuck on it, there's no errors, but it is VERY confusing.

I am going mad..

I know I had a email job from RE for a hotel enquiry that had to be done on Monday. The job has disappeared from my account but I have not lost any "points" so it is not as if I have got the dates wrong. Not that bothered about it apart from the fact it seemed a nice easy job to do (for once), but it would have been nice to have got a email from RE telling me it was being cancelled... Unless I am about to get an email from "team Mel" - "how did you feel when you found the job had gone from your account with no notice?"

I do like the E63 but I'm due an upgrade so it'd be really helpful to know which phones give you the best access for picking up jobs on the move.

I'm not fussed about i-tunes so I'm thinking maybe Blackberry with a decent camera on it and ability to see and use more MS sites. Despite working vaguely in IT I'd want fairly simple use so would the torch be a good one to look at ?

I find GR doesn't work on my BB, but I do love the camera on it.. for different audits where i need a photo its fantastic!!
