And oooh, I've just seen a job for the shop where I work as we are having a pharmacy competitor visit on ESA!!!
That's interesting cos I can't see anything - not even as a back-upPlease do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Maybe ESA is touting as well--and going to use the competitor visits for personal gain. ALSO I guess no one will be doing the BARE visits then (auto) or the TNS ones? because those have financial loss to the salesperson as its not even for their company!
I get what everyone is saying --but you never know maybe the competitors do know this is happening.0 -

OK, I may be thick, but how do salesmen at competitor automotive visits suffer a financial loss when I make a car purchase enquiry? I always assume that I am just using their time (and I do try to keep that to a minimum for their benefit, as well as mine). Clearly, there is more to this than I can comprehend. Please enlighten me.
Incidentally, I think all retailers are aware that competitor assessments take place.
P.S. What about manufacturer/distributor instigated mystery visits and retail audits? These have no direct benefit to the retailer. I do jobs like these as routine in my retail intelligence role. Are you saying that every employee loses income because I visit? Get a grip - every job I do costs something. I think there must be a good reason for our role and the associated costs. Maybe if there were no mystery shops, audits, or profit protection assessments, every person working in retail would earn more than their current wage. I think not.0 -

How many Back Ups do they allow? Maybe there is already a back up shopper now?? I only saw it as a back up, but I can't see it anymore now.Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -
Think its only one back-up, must be more shoppers in our area than I thought.
Been very quiet this week with only a few bits and pieces cropping up and I haven't bothered with them as I'm keeping an eye on the petrol situation. Not too worried at the mo as I enjoy pottering around at home and the last fortnight has been hectic. I am hoping that the next round of jobs will appear soon. Not to mention that half-terms coming up so will be limited for time. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Evening all.
Just wanted to say thank you for all your comments on my house move. I must admit what has gone on has hung over all our heads, especially for my little sister. At 4 we should not have to explain the activities of the 'naughty boys':(
Can't wait. The big day is next Friday but shall be rather quiet as it's work then house until then. I need a pink bedroom and it's not going to paint itself. Like a dream come true for us all and everyones support is much appreciatedI get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0
