I bought a television on December 13th from http://www.prcdirect.co.uk/ in addition to the Television I purchased a 3 year warranty for £99. I have a receipt (snap shot below)
1 LE40C750 799.00
Samsung 40" Lcd Tv
Package : LE40C750-BDC5900
G'ted until 15 Dec 2011
1 BDC5900 0.00
Samsung 3d Blu Ray
Package : LE40C750-BDC5900
G'ted until 15 Dec 2011
1 CY-SHREK3 0.00
Shrek 3d Blu-Ray
Package : LE40C750-BDC5900
1 AXA020/3 99.00
3 Years Extended Warranty
G'ted until 15 Dec 2013
Up until now I have not received any paperwork from the warranty company I have chased PRC Direct and they have been saying its coming, its in the post. Today I have spoken to the Manager Frank and he wants me to pay an extra £50 as the person who sold me the television mi sold it to me. After advising him that it wasn't my problem and surely this is something he should be bringing up with his member of staff, he said that he if I didn't pay the extra he would refund the money.
Can anyone please advise what my rights are (if any) in regards to this. Should the agreement be honoured? if so how do I go about rectifying this? as the manager did not seem at all bothered by my concerns.
Any help you could give me would be greatly received.

Thanks for your reply, before I take the refund I want to know my rights, surely a company can't sell you something for one price and then expect more money afterwards? unless you have earned your post count by trolling I take it you may be able to offer me some other advice if not, please find another bridge.0 -
They can't do this but as the previous poster mentioned (which was sound advice btw so no need for the insults) take the refund, because you can then purchase the same TV at John Lewis for £699 inclusive of their 5yr warranty.0

Thanks for the reply, He is not going to refund me for the TV only for the £99 that I paid for the warranty.0 -
