Glow worm Express 80 - Energy Efficiency

Hello.
I'm looking for general information about a relative's gas combi boiler which is a Glow-worm Hot Water Express 80. It was installed approx 1990. I see from other threads here that other posters have this boiler or might even have the manual.
Q1) Does it have a permanent pilot?
Q2) Does it have an open flue?
I am going to replace it and am hoping to qualify for the "Boiler Scrappage" scheme (£400) which requires the old boiler to be less than 70% efficient. Unfortunately sedbuk's database doesn't list this boiler, so the Energy Savings Trust have asked those two questions. My relative isn't "switched on" and is too far away for me to go check.
Any help gratefully received.
Thanks,
Ewan.

Hi, the Glowworm Hot Water Express 80 is a room sealed, permanent pilot boiler.
The boiler is rated at 70% efficiency (estimated).
http://www.britishgas.co.uk/yourboiler
(see Notes tab for details of estimated efficiency)
Hope this helps

Thank you Dan, that's exactly what I needed to know (though not what I was wanting to hear because it probably means I don't qualify).0

I presume you must be in Scotland, as that is the only place I currently know of that still has the scrappage scheme operating?
If so, is this the same as the old English scheme, where a boiler had to be band G to qualify? Less than the 70% you state.0 -
If it's not listed, then they go by general indicators like having a pilot light. Just say it's a twenty year old combi with a pilot light. It is almost bound to qualify based on that description.0
