Crying over Boohoo.com - Warning!

Please please please avoid Boohoo! I have had so many problems with them and I have created an account here specifically to warn people. Anyway, I will keep it short.

My order was 4 days LATE when the tracking system said it was delivered (it wasn't at that time) causing me to panic about its whereabouts as the order was an expensive one.

When my order was delivered it was left outside my front door in full view of the main road, it could have easily been taken.

One of the dresses I ordered was not as it was shown in the picture on the website! It was overstretched as if someone had tried to force it on and the dress was also over dyed in some places so the dress was blotchy and very unlike what I actually ordered.

One of the bodysuits I ordered did not have a hygiene strip (when I tried to return it they refused to refund me even though it was their fault there was no hygiene strip.

One of the bags I ordered was folded up in such a way that it has caused permanent marks on the exterior of the bag.

The customer service team is rude and uninterested in trying to help at all.

Maybe I am just being fussy but I don't expect this kind of service from any company. ASOS, Topshop, H&M, River Island are all respected retailers and I am determined to shop with them as opposed to Boohoo. Never again will I return to them.

Did BooHoo deliver the item or was it a parcel company? If it was a parcel company, I cant see how this is the fault of BooHoo.

I do not recommend you this website! It has the worst services and customer care! And I was a long time customer… But I guess that is not important to them!
I am truly dissappointed!!

Companies like boohoo.com should not be allowed to operate due to their unethical policies, tactics, shocking customer service and lies. Do not order from Boohoo!! They will attempt to defraud you by not giving you a refund due to a "banking error." Funny how they can get in touch with their bank and determine a banking error on a bank holiday Monday!! Shut down Boohoo!!!!!! People power- spread the word.

I doubt it is.

People who haver problems Google for the company name, find this site, and join to vent.

They are doubtless then disappointed when they get deluged by responses from the sad items that congregate here just waiting for a chance to puff up their little chests by putting down and belittling people with problems.

Maybe its just an irsh thing.
