Investigating transactions... frozen account .... financial loss

A second account is not only good for things such as if your account gets frozen but also where the banks systems go down and you are unable to use your debit card which is a problem for people like me as I often do not carry cash. However, luckily when it does happen I have accounts with separate banks and to be extra paranoid I have Visa and Mastercard cards
