Not from your sarcastic post at 6.20pm no. Just trying to raise your post count?
If you had gone through what the OP is going through you would sympathise that they may need to voice concerns / ask questions however trivial / difficult to envisage and any advice can be helpful.
I have actually been very helpful to the OP having gone through similar myself.0 -

On the basis of the description given and the fact that a site inspection, or even just a photo, isn't available, I stand by what I said at 6.20....Wee_Willy_Harris wrote: »Well, it sounds like your gable end wall is bulging. It COULD be that the cavity wall ties need replacing, but the best thing to do would be to get a structural engineer to have a look.
Seems like VERY sensible advice to me.0 -

What was is you said to me about 'twatting people about'.......kettle and pot spring to mind.....
Bought many houses lately? No......thought not.
Better to sit on the computer instead dishing out what you consider to be helpful 'advice' - 5000 posts in less than a year saddo.
Oh dear. Have we debated before? I don't remember it, I'm afraid. But one thing I don't have to remember is that I wouldn't have made it a personal issue or expected anyone to justify their posting habits. I rarely even take note of how many post anyone else has made as it makes little difference, if any, to the validity of their actions on here. Some seem to make a more valid contribution from their very first post, while many others will still be twatting along after over 1,000. I guess that's just the way it is.
However, as a matter of interest, the opinion of the wider message board community is recorded in the "thanks" count. Some have more "thanks" than posts.... others don't.0 -

The wall hasn't been painted if that is what you mean by rendering pararct.
No render is a layer of coating like sand and cement or something other decorative.
Sometime it can get water behind it and blow our showing a bulging appearance as you describe. Relatively simple to rectify.
If you can see the usual brickwork then it is not rendered.
Sadly it looks like you will have to get a professional look at it in some detail. Whilst he is at it try and pin him/her down to a likely cause, you never know it may be claimable on your buildings insurance.0 -

You'd like that wouldn't you my little internet stalker man......:rotfl:
Says the poster who only posted on this thread to have a pop at someone.:rotfl:0 -

You clearly do remember our debate hence the 'twatting' reference. I consider the word '!!!!' to be offensive and to be told I '!!!!' people about.

But never mind etiquette, politeness or manners it's the 'thanks' ratio that counts isn't it?
When you do actually buy or sell a house and thus have relevant & upto date experiences to post in today's difficult market conditions do let me know - guess what, I may even 'thank' you.
You'd like that wouldn't you my little internet stalker man......:rotfl:
Curioser and curioser. YOU bring up "twatting" in your earlier post to me on THIS thread, then seem to think that I have linked it to a previous thread. Then YOU produce a link to a thread that is 6 months old (and long fogotten by me) and accuse ME of being a stalker.
But thanks, it was fun reading (again) all about the poster who couldn't even buy a house with cash!!!!0 -
Time a mod locked this post to stop all the children who think their own opinions matter more than the original posters problem...0
