Further to my previous thread
What do people make of this...
today is recycling day, so this morning I put my recycling bin outside my front door (on the grass between my house and neighbours) and went back inside. Neighbour than came out with his dog on the lead and he just let the dog pee all over my recycling bin.
I came out of the house and calmly said "don't let your dog wee all over that bin as you know I've got to pick it up and its unhygienic"
Neighbour then denied that dog had wee'd on bin and said "there is no pleasing you is there"
why are some people so inconsiderate
is it too much to ask that a dog doesn't wee and !!!!!! over other peoples properties. Rant over!!

gadaffi, expected fuel rises, unemployment, council cuts, falling house prices, interest rates to rise, inflation spiralling, earthquakes, and just when it can't get any worse....it does......a dog has a pee on a bin.0

Gadaffi's redeeming feature emerges after all these years. He does not pee on bins.
Actually, to take the OP's side, I think I would rather have Gadaffi for a neighbour than some moron who a] lets his dog pee on your bin and b] denies it.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Well I really hope you have your fair share of anti-social neighbours and see how you like it. How exactly does sarcasm help anything?
Actually, you probably are an anti-social neighbour.0 -
In the great scheme of things a dog having a piddle on a recycling bin hardly seems worth the effort of starting a brand new thread about it.
p.s. My downstairs neighbour hung her washing out on the balcony this morning and she was singing. In a very tuneless drone. I think I'll go down and remonstrate with her about it.0 -

only if she peed on your recycle bin at the same time.
OP - He sounds like a !!!! (the neighbour), butwhat did he say when you told him you'd seen the dog do it? Is it a wheelie bin or a box type thing, if it's the box i can see why you are so annoyed.0 -
I think some people are mis-understanding what a recycling bin is. We have several, we have large wheely bins that sit out side the house but we also have small recycling bins that are for food waste and paper - these sit inside our kitchen and have to be picked up with bare hands. We currently have 5 recycling bins provided by our LA and they are all different sizes.
I'm assuming the OP is talking about one of these smaller bins that she has to pick up. I can't say I'd be too pleased about picking up a p1ss covered receptable with my bare hands and then placing it on our kitchen windowsill.0 -
I'm annoyed because this neighbours is just so inconsiderate as he also lets the dog !!!!!! all over my front lawn and doesn't pick it up!
You just can't seem to reason with him.0
