Plusnet / Sky charge

I've already written a letter this is more on a "how well is this going to go" post

Long story short - I left Sky in April 2009 via a MAC code to join Plusnet

Last week I logged into MySky to see if I could drop my HD package from there (Surprise i can ADD packages but not drop)... Anyway..

To my shock it turns out I was still paying for Sky BB at £17.99 per month meaning I have paid just under £400 for a service it's impossible for sky to have been providing (due to using the same phoneline for my plusnet bb)

My question is.. Will I get my money back? - And/or am I going to have to go down the OTELO / OFCOM route?

were you still in contract for the broadband, if no then yes you can ask them for a refund.
