Sky Broadband ....

We changed form UK Online to Sky in December (Sky bought them out), & was told that we'd have the first 6 months free internet. So far Sky have took 2 payments from my account. I've contacted them by phone & email about this but I'm not satisfied with them at all. To cut a long story short Sky have now said that the letter that they sent us said that we wouldn't get 6 consecutive months free, but they would throw in a free month here & there. This is not true at all. Has anyone else had any problems with Sky?

Not heard this from anyone i know.Have asked but only two have so far received a bill and neither have been charged.
