8 weeks no mac code loads of emails sent on hold when i fone them what can i do

I tryed getting my mac code over the phone but they werent having any of it, kept asking me to stay with them and throwing loads of offers at me.. Eventually i said i'll report them to watchdog and he told me he would get it, but obv hung up on me. :mad:

You don't always need one to leave them. Speak to where you are going to.

i ended up being billed by both talktalk and sky when i left talktalk , they are real evil bunch . Took months to sort out .

True, but you go without the internet usually for 25 days.

I went from TT to Sky without a mac code and it took less than a week. I just got a mobile dongle to fill the gap.

Ditto. It was all sorted at sky's end. Well that was mostly because TT were being complete and utter planks at giving it to us by claiming we were in a contract still and all that (which I thought was outlawed these days)

strangely enough I was given one without any hassles. They asked why I was leaving, I said look at the complaints on my account, and the MAC was given.

recived new code today and theres one number missing cant belive this

years ago I have the same problem and I cursed them for that, with all their new blitz and new lowered BB packages, I can't be bothered to go back to them again, never at all . . . .
