What email account are you using? Someone has either hacked your account and is sending spam from it, in which case the first thing to do is change your password to something more secure. Or more likely you have just been address-spoofed, and so the undeliverable spam is just bouncing back to your address. If the original emails are not showing in your 'Sent' folder, then it's the latter.
What AV software are you using, and is it up to date?

Then it's been hacked, change your password immediately before someone else does.
I would suggest Avira, Avast or MSE if you want a free one. Or Kaspersky if you want a commercial one.
How long did you think your PC would last without any anti-virus installed? You'll probably now need to do a major clean up as it may be heavily infected.

  • hi again, thanks, I have installed avirast now from MSE. I am not a techie person so I wasn't really sure which one to install though I have microsoft windows essential from mse installed already. Much appreciated.

You said you didn't have any antivirus software installed If you already have MSE installed then you musn't have another AV program as well, they will not work together, so remove one of them.
It's either Avira or Avast, not Avirast.
