Sorry, not sure how to do this properly. Kite 2010 says report to AOS. What is AOS please? Just dealing with Devere and small claims court. Definitely going to counterclaim but what is AOS?? Thx0

AOS is "approved operator scheme" members have a direct electronic link to DVLA.

Means they can get registered keeper details without filling in forms!
Devere have just dropped a case in Bournemouth!

Did I? It was xandercom whom said to report to the AOS. That's a BPA run scheme so probably as much use as a chocolate fireguard0 -

Devere are now showing on the BPA AOS list as Devere Parking Services Ltd so even less point in reporting Devere Parking Services.
Presumably Crispbrown2's court case relates to an infringement pre-dating the registration of Devere Parking Services Ltd on 15 July 2011.
If so, apart from the defence a letter should be written to Devere asking them to confirm their legal trading entity.
This from a post on pepipoo
"As a sole trader he is required by law to give the details of who he is, details of any other partners and the trading address the business runs from (which is not a mail drop address) I would suggest xxx write to Devere requesting a Membership Partnership Statement which should detail who and where DPS are as he required to do when requested under CPR 5b (also under the Companies Act 2006 part 41, chapter 2 but CPR is better as it relates directly to their claim) Moreover. Devere Parking Services as a trading name does not qualify as a legal entity and you have right to know who it is who's taking you to court. When we made this request he declined, we complained to the County Court that DPS had refused to tell us who they were, the District Judge then ordered them to produce it, they still refused and shortly after withdrew the claim resulting in a wasted costs order in our favour (over £300) after we wrote back to the court detailing our costs. We had a much better christmas as a result".
The same poster advised that the trading entity was Lee Kirsch t/a Devere Parking Services but there has been no physical evidence of this as they always seem to drop cases where he/they may be forced to divulge the information.0
